I am on staycation this week and had the wonderful surprise of receiving the inaugural Go Love Yourself Subscription Box in the mail. Since I had time I decided to do an unboxing. First a little about Go Love Yourself, it is a company started by a blogger boo of mine named Sharon and I was so glad to support her new venture as I am a big advocate for self-care. We spend so much time caring for others and it is so important to pour care into our lives and hearts so we have the emotional real estate to give to others. The first box has a lovely cherry blossom theme and introduced me to Ikigai, a Japanese way of living that focuses on you finding and living up to your purpose. The box has many lovely features so check out the video below for a full unboxing.
I hope you liked the unboxing and I look forward to sharing my thoughts about the book. I think it is a great subject to delve into especially with 2018 coming and all of us wanting to make goals that we can work on during the year. Have you heard of Ikigai before? What do you think of it? Have you found your purpose? If not what is holding you back?

Lovely post! I’ve never ordered any of those subscription boxes but I love reading about what they include. π I also find it lovely that you’re supporting that blogger friend of yours.
